When Will My Order Process?

TAT is dependent on transfer types ordered.

πŸ•’ Processing Times:

  • RTS Screens & Sublimation Transfers: 1-3 business days
  • Custom Screen Prints: 3-5 Business Days
  • DTF Transfers: 3-5 business days
  • Prickly Tuesday Items: 7-10 business days

🚚 Transit Note: Processing times do not include transit times.

πŸ“¦ For Example: If your order includes both Prickly Tuesday items and others, please expect a 7-10 business day Turnaround Time (TAT). Orders are shipped once all components are ready.

Combining Open Orders?

What Orders Can Be Combined?

  • Order merging isn't available for gang sheets or custom screen prints. If you use COMBINE MY ORDERS on these items you will be invoiced for shipping.
  • Orders placed within the same business week can be combined.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the volume of combined orders.
  • To request order merging, please email us at lookinsharpsublimations@gmail.com the order numbers within one business day of placing each order you'd like to be combined.
  • Only unfulfilled orders can be merged! We can combined multple orders within the same week !
  • Please note that when orders are combined, the processing time will follow the longest Turnaround Time (TAT).
    • For example, If you order Prickly Tuesday Prints (7-10 B.D.) & DTF Prints (3-5 B.D.); your TAT will be 7-10 business days.
  • We WILL NOT hold orders.

How Will Shipping Work?

The 411 on Our Transfers

We Offer Sublimation Transfers, DTF Transfers (Direct to Film) & Screen Print Transfers

  • Sublimation transfers are made with a special ink and paper that once introduced with ink and pressure, transfers from the paper to the shirt dying the polyester fibers of the shirt. This is why your shirt needs to be at least 50% polyester or higher in order to work. The higher the poly count the more vivid your image because the poly fibers is what holds the ink, it also needs to be light colored or white shirt
  • Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. Unlike the DTG method, which only works on cotton fabrics, the Printer DTF method can work on cotton and poly blends.
  • Screen Print Transfers are made with plastisol ink placed onto special release paper, no ink or stencil required! Screen print transfers allow you to be able to use any color or fabric shirt unlike sublimation. They are printed as spot color inks, which mean they are made with a solid pigment dye!

Can I Use an Iron/Easy Press to Apply These?

Iron or easy press usage is not recommended as they do not provide sufficient pressure for proper application. To ensure longevity and proper adhesion, utilize a heat press when applying transfers to garments.

How Do Screen Print Transfers Compare to DTF Transfers?

Both our transfer types are super versatile and can work on any color or fabric, with comparable longevity. Let's break it down a bit: Screen Prints: These are hot peel transfers. We craft them using stencils and plastisol ink. Perfect for bulk orders of the same design, they're pressed with consistent heat. DTF Transfers: These are cold peel transfers, printed digitally using water-based ink. They're fantastic if you're looking to order a few different designs, providing flexibility in your choices. So, whether you're going for the hot peel vibes of Screen Prints or the cool peel style of DTF Transfers, you're in for a treat! πŸŽ‰ If you have more questions or need further info, feel free to reach out!

We've got you covered with custom transfers in three awesome types: sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, and DTF. Whatever your design needs, we've got the perfect transfer for you! 🎨✨

Pricing Breakdown

Sublimation Transfers:

  • Set of 6, 3"x3" $5
  • Adult (9-10" on the longest side) $6
  • Youth(5-7" on the longest side) $5
  • Infant (4-5" on the longest side) $4

DTF Transfers:

  • 1" LOGO SETS OF 10: $2.00
  • 2" LOGO SETS OF 8: $2.50
  • Pockets: $1.00
  • Infant: $2.25
  • Youth: $3.50
  • Adult 11”: $5.00
  • Adult 13.5”: $6.00

Screen Prints:

  • Full Size single Color: $2 per transfer
    • Minimum Order Quantity is 30 Transfers for single color.
  • Pocket size FULL COLOR: $2.50 per transfer
  • Full size FULL COLOR: $3.50 per transfer
    • Minimum Order Quantity is 75 Transfers for full color.

What File Type Do You Need?

🎨 To create your custom order, we'll need your design as a high-resolution file. A PNG or PSD format is perfect, with a minimum of 300 DPI for the best results! Make sure the background is removed or transparent. If you need help finding a designer, just let us know - we've got your back! πŸ‘©‍πŸŽ¨πŸ’‘

Is There Stuff Your Won't Print

Please note that we are unable to utilize trademarked images to ensure compliance and protection for both parties. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline printing any image that does not meet our business standards or guidelines. Furthermore, we do not print political items. 

Artwork Guidelines

We're open to PNG, SVG, and PSD files, but no JPEGs, please. 🚫 For top-notch prints, aim for a sharp 300 DPI—anything lower might compromise quality. We're all about delivering excellence! 🎨✨

How Long Do I Need to Wait to See Transit Scans?

It may take 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update once your order is processed and shipped. Thanks for your patience! 🚚✨

We totally get how frustrating it is to see your package standing still. To help ease the wait, we suggest signing up for text alerts – sometimes it nudges the USPS system to give updates! Returns, Cancellations + More

Can I Cancel My Order?

In line with our store policy, traditional refunds for voluntarily canceled orders within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT) aren't the norm. However, we want to make sure you're taken care of. While we can't issue a refund, we can issue store credit It covers the full amount of your order and gives you the flexibility to explore our products and services whenever you're ready. 

 

We do not issue refunds for custom items.

Do You Accept Returns?

We have a 30-day return policy on RTS items; which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on print to order items such as customs, dtfs or sublimation transfers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds for returns will not be processed until items are received by Lookin' Sharp Sublimations LLC. If buyer chooses to return items, buyer is responsible for the cost of a return shipping label.

Custom prints can not be returned or refunded.

Why Was I Refunded?

In the rare event of overselling, affected customers will receive an email offering the choice of a refund or a store credit equivalent to the out-of-stock items. Your satisfaction is our priority! πŸ›οΈπŸ’»

Submission of Resale/Tax Exempt Certificates

In accordance with our procedures, all customers are required to submit their Resale/Tax Exempt Certificates before placing an order. We cannot retroactively apply tax exemptions to past orders. However, upon receipt of the necessary documentation, we will ensure that your account is designated as tax exempt for all future transactions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
